By the same token, we understand that the job search process is also a serious one for you, and we won’t ask you to make important decisions about your future without having all the facts.

And, because we work on a retained search basis, we proactively and confidentially recruit employed, professional-level candidates for each unique search.
Our relationship with you begins once Hockenberg Search determines that your skills and experience are a potential match for a search we are conducting on behalf of a client. From this point forward, when we work together, we at Hockenberg Search pledge to do the following for you:
- We will provide you with as much information as we can about the hiring organization, its culture, its business objectives and challenges, and the earning potential of the position.
- We will help prepare you for the interview, and we will communicate with you through all phases of the process so you know what to expect and how things are progressing.
- If an offer is made, we will assist with the negotiations so that both parties reach mutually agreeable terms.
