LAND ACQUISITION ADVISOR; MINNEAPOLIS, MN

Your positive relationships with business contacts, such as brokers, bankers, planners, and in-house personnel, enable you to uncover valuable land acquisition opportunities.  As a Land Acquisition Advisor you’ll be responsible for the feasibility analysis of potential acquisitions.  This includes performing financial modeling, market analysis, creating the proforma, etc.   Additionally, you will be in negotiating with land sellers including private owners, banks, etc.

Two years of land acquisition or in land acquisition analyst roles is preferred.  Strong research and negotiation skills required.  Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.  Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university is required. A concentration in marketing, real estate, planning, business, finance, engineering or related discipline is preferred. 

Candidate must proactively face challenges while being committed to providing customers with excellent services and products.  The capacity for creating focus while under pressure and maintaining a high level of ethics and integrity in all dealings is required.  This individual must be counted on to exceed goals and be dedicated to providing senior and executive management with information so accurate decisions can be made regarding securing land acquisition opportunities.  Market analysis expertise and the ability to get the project analysis correct and complete is a necessity for this position.
